this work has been structured a little different for each and every client depending on how much pre work needs to be done. Every client so far has received:
One trauma repair session (the deepest and most thorough internal work available, usually on shame or grief. No one can do this like me)
One strategic session, usually for scaling or building a business. 6-12 month strategy for scale. 12-24 month strategy for build. If you are not interested in business, we double down defeating the internal “impossible”.
A thorough, bespoke, strategic intake form. 25-50 questions to clarify what you actually want, and it’s economic viability if we’re working business.
Four weeks of check-ins with me. Each client’s communication style with me will be different. Some will do short phone calls with me on Monday , some will text, some will exchange videos with me weekly. I’ve done these checkins for some clients as preparatory work for our sessions, for some clients it’s integration work after sessions, sometimes it’s clarifying work between sessions. Whatever it takes, we get it done.
